Job summary

SERVPRO of Bountiful is seeking a Mitigation Scheduling and Dispatch Coordinator to keep crews scheduled, inform customers, and keep daily operations running smoothly in Salt Lake City. You’ll help customers facing property damage with a calm, clear communicator who follows through reliably.

Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling/dispatching crews, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records while working within company protocols and schedules.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to follow directions, learn procedures, and ask questions when needed.
• Dependability, punctuality, and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort using computers, email, and scheduling software.
• Customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferred.

• Follow instructions, company protocols, and established procedures.
• Bring urgent concerns and scheduling conflicts to the appropriate manager.
• Follow through on callbacks, messages, and outstanding scheduling needs.
