Job summary

SERVPRO of Bountiful is seeking a dependable In-House Construction Technician to support warehouse operations and customer job sites. You will perform drywall, texture, painting, trim work, and related construction tasks while traveling to sites, maintaining safety, and delivering friendly service.

SERVPRO of Bountiful is hiring a dependable, skilled In-House Construction Technician to support warehouse operations and construction work at customer job sites.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain, organize, and stock the warehouse.
• Travel to assigned job sites.
• Perform drywall, texture, painting, trim work, and related construction tasks.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Communicate clearly with project managers, assistant project managers, and team members.
• Follow company procedures and job-site safety standards.

What we’re looking for

• Construction experience, especially drywall, texture, painting, and trim work.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to use your own basic tools and approved personal vehicle for work.
• Ability to work safely, lift and carry materials as needed, and stay productive on job sites.
• Basic problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn SERVPRO procedures.
• Positive, professional work attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• A clean, professional appearance appropriate for customer-facing job sites.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screening.

Schedule and pay

• W-2 employee position.
• Part-time to full-time opportunity.
• Approximately 35–40 hours per week.
• Monday through Friday, 8:0 a.m.–4:0 p.m..
• $18–$25 per hour, based on experience.
• Paid every other Wednesday.
• Approved mileage reimbursement is available for work-related driving.

The first 90 days are an introductory period, with performance reviews at approximately 30 and 90 days.
