SERVPRO of Bountiful is seeking a Mitigation Scheduling and Dispatch Coordinator to keep our crews scheduled, customers informed, and daily operations running smoothly in North Salt Lake, Utah.

You’ll handle incoming calls, coordinate appointments, and ensure accurate records, with a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

This role requires excellent communication, dependability, and comfort with scheduling software, phone etiquette, and teamwork.

• Bring urgent concerns and scheduling conflicts to the appropriate manager.

You’ll help customers who may be dealing with stressful property damage situations. A calm attitude, clear communication, and dependable follow-through are essential.

What You’ll Do
