Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Mitigation Restoration Estimator to draft accurate insurance mitigation estimates for water, fire, smoke, mold, and EMS. You will bridge field teams, insurance adjusters, and TPAs to ensure strict program compliance and swift approvals.

You will work on EST hours, with weekend flexibility to maintain compliance, and provide 3–5 approved redacted estimates during interviews. Strong Xactimate skills and TPA experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Dedicated experience writing insurance mitigation estimates within the property restoration industry.
• Proficiency in Xactimate; Symbility experience is a bonus.
• Experience working with TPAs (Alacrity, Sedgwick, Lionsbridge, Westhill, etc.) and understanding their compliance metrics.
• Ability to work EST hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and weekends to keep estimates compliant.
• Must provide 3–5 previously approved, redacted mitigation estimates during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Write comprehensive, accurate mitigation estimates for Water, Fire, Smoke, Mold, and EMS using Xactimate and Symbility.
• Navigate and manage strict compliance metrics within major TPA programs (Alacrity, Sedgwick, Westhill, etc.).
• Review scope notes, moisture logs, photos, and psychrometric logs to ensure alignment with IICRC standards.
• Monitor queues daily to meet SLAs for TPAs and coordinate with field teams and TPAs.
• Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters and TPAs to justify estimates and secure timely approvals.
