Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion. You will schedule work, coordinate staff, and maintain strong client and adjuster relationships to ensure top-quality outcomes.

You will also drive new business opportunities, develop scopes of work, and leverage Xactimate and DASH to accurately estimate and finalize invoices. A proactive, detail-oriented leader will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Emergency restoration experience is required.
• Sales experience is required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy environment is required.
• Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Inspects opportunities and signs up new service opportunities.
• Works with Mitigation Project Coordinator to schedule projects.
• Develops project scopes.
• Manages client, adjuster, and other participants' communications.
• Directs assigned team members on job sites.
• Develops and monitors job workflows.
• Organizes sub-contractors and orders vendors as needed.
• Estimates jobs in Xactimate and creates final invoices in DASH.
• Manages DASH job files assigned to you.
• Addresses and resolves job-site issues as they arise.
• Performs other duties as required.
