Job summary

Renu, LLC, a Texas-based turn-key renovation and restoration contractor, seeks a Mitigation Project Manager to lead and profitably deliver mitigation services for multifamily projects. You will oversee PMs and technicians, coordinate estimates, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in mitigation (water, fire, mold), IICRC preferred, and proficiency with Xactimate. You will travel to sites, manage budgets, schedules, and safety, and mentor field crews while

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in mitigation services (water, fire, mold, biohazard).
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Experience in multifamily restoration and construction.
• Proficient in Xactimate.
• Experience managing mitigation projects, teams, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of mitigation equipment and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mitigation projects and PMs, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Prepare scopes and cost estimates with estimators.
• Submit mitigation job estimates and progress reports.
• Coordinate crews, drying, and remediation plans.
• Ensure safety and environmental controls on site.
• Mentor and lead mitigation field teams.
