DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff to completion, coordinating with the Mitigation Director and staff. You will develop scopes of work, sell new projects, and ensure on-time delivery with strong communication with customers, adjusters, and team members.

The role requires experience in emergency restoration and sales, along with proficiency in Xactimate and DASH. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Emergency restoration experience required.
• Sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills required.
• Full-time position
• IICRC certifications (WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with estimating software (Xactimate) preferred.
• Comfort working in tight or confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect new job opportunities and assess scope.
• Sell and sign up new opportunities for service.
• Coordinate with Mitigation Project Coordinator to schedule projects.
• Develop project scopes and estimates.
• Manage client, adjuster, and other participants' communications.
• Direct assigned team members on job sites.
• Develop and monitor job workflows.
• Organize sub-contractors as needed on the job site.
• Order vendors and materials as needed.
• Manage job site issues and resolution.
• Manage DASH job files and documentation.
• Estimate jobs using Xactimate.
• Other duties as required.
