DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, coordinating with the Mitigation Project Coordinator and Mitigation Director. You will schedule projects, guide the staff, and ensure high standards and timely delivery while building strong relationships with customers, adjusters, and other participants.

You will drive new business by selling projects and developing scopes of work, leveraging your Xactimate and DASH expertise to manage

Qualifications

• Emergency restoration experience is required.
• Sales experience is required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are required.
• Full-time position.
• IICRC certifications (WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT).
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy environment.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
• Must have Valid Drivers' License
• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Use estimating software like Xactimate
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
• Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
• Working in tight or confined spaces

Responsabilités

• Inspects new job opportunities.
• Sells and signs up new opportunities for service.
• Works with Mitigation Project Coordinator to schedule projects.
• Develops project scopes.
• Manages client, adjuster, and other participants' communication.
• Directs assigned team members on job sites.
• Develops and monitors job workflows.
• Organizes sub-contractors as needed on the job site.
• Orders vendors as needed for the job site.
• Manages job site issues.
• Manages DASH job files assigned to you.
• Estimates jobs in Xactimate.
• Creates the final invoice in Xactimate.
• Other duties as required.
