Job summary

DRYmedic Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager who will work with the Mitigation Project Coordinator and Mitigation Director to schedule projects and lead staff from start to finish, using strong communication to build relationships with customers, adjusters, and other participants.

You will also sell new projects, develop scopes of work, manage DASH and Xactimate, and ensure projects are completed to high standards on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency restoration is required.
• Sales experience is required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Inspect new job opportunities and assess scope.
• Sell and sign up new opportunities for service.
• Schedule projects with Mitigation Project Coordinator.
• Develop project scopes and organize job site.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and participants.
• Direct assigned team on job sites.
• Develop and monitor job workflows.
• Organize sub-contractors as needed on the job site.
• Order vendors for the job site.
• Manage job site issues.
• Manage DASH and Xactimate files.
• Estimate jobs in Xactimate.
• Create the final invoice in Xactimate.
• Other duties as required.
