Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, coordinating with the Mitigation Project Coordinator and Director to schedule work and guide staff to on-time completion with the highest quality.

You will develop scopes of work, drive new opportunities, and manage communications with clients, adjusters, and subcontractors. Proficiency in Xactimate and DASH is essential for estimates and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Emergency restoration experience required.
• Sales experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required. IICRC certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect new job opportunities and sell service.
• Schedule projects with Mitigation Project Coordinator.
• Develop project scopes and manage client/adjuster communication.
• Direct assigned team on job sites and organize sub-contractors.
• Estimate jobs in Xactimate and create final invoices.
