Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager for our Mobile team, based in Spanish Fort, AL. You will manage multiple rescue-and-restoration projects, serve as the main customer contact, and ensure profitability with accurate budgeting and timely communication.

Responsibilities include cost control, scope adherence, and detailed documentation while coordinating with the Project Coordinator.

What you'll be responsible for as a Mitigation Project Manager:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction
• Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle!
• Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines
• Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project
• Review the completed files for the profitability and accuracy of the original scope
• Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to Project Coordinator
