Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a dedicated Experienced Restoration Technician in Scott, Louisiana. In this full-time role, you’ll assist with various construction projects, assessing property damage and overseeing cleaning plans, while ensuring a safe job site.

• Assist project manager on various construction projects.

• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing.
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process.
• Maintain safe job-site.
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs.
• Pre and post construction clean-up.

What you'll be responsible for as an Experienced Restoration Technician:

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan

• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs

What you need to have:

• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Personable with good communication skills
• Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
• Strong desire to learn and excel
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
