Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager for our St. Rose, LA team. The role focuses on managing multiple restoration projects, budget preparation, and serving as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate timelines, profitability, and documentation while ensuring high customer satisfaction. A strong background in restoration and excellent communication are essential for success in this position.

What you'll be responsible for as a Mitigation Project Manager

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction
• Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle!
• Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines
• Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project
• Review the completed files for the profitability and accuracy of the original scope
• Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to Project Coordinator
