Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle.
• Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines.
• Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project.
• Review the completed files for the profitability and accuracy of the original scope.
• Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to Project Coordinator.
