Job summary

Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager for its Mobile team, based in Spanish Fort, AL. The role focuses on managing multiple restoration projects, maintaining profitability, and serving as the primary customer contact throughout the job lifecycle.

The position offers a starting salary of $58k with experience-based adjustments, quarterly incentives, full insurance, 401(k) with company match, and a company vehicle. Occasional driving is required (up to 20%).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction
• Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle
• Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines
• Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project
• Review the completed files for the profitability and accuracy of the original scope
• Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to Project Coordinator
