Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration in Hooksett, NH is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead emergency restoration projects from inspection to closeout, ensuring safety, budget, and timelines. You will coordinate with crews, adjusters, and clients to define scope, prepare estimates, and oversee profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role offers field-based, full-time work in Hooksett, with a focus on leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement across restoration

Qualifications

• Strong experience in restoration, mitigation, or related construction field.
• Written estimates for fire, water, wind, vandalism, and related losses.
• Ability to coordinate with insurance adjusters and clients.

Responsibilities

• Inspect losses and determine accurate scopes of mitigation services and costs.
• Prepare detailed and profitable estimates for restoration losses.
• Manage about $1M+ in annual project volume.
• Coordinate daily production needs with the Project Coordinator.
• Oversee all production on assigned projects and ensure client satisfaction.
• Complete change orders and manage project documentation.
