• Strong knowledge of IICRC S500/S520 standards.
• Ability to manage multiple active losses.

Responsibilities

• Manage mitigation jobs from start to finish.
• Supervise mitigation technicians and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company SOPs.
• Monitor job timelines, labor, and equipment usage.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams.
• Review documentation and job quality prior to close-out.
