Qualifications

• 5+ years in mitigation/restoration, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• IICRC Certifications preferred: WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Project Managers, Lead Techs, and Mitigation Technicians.
• Ensure jobs meet quality standards, deadlines, and documentation accuracy.
• Visit job sites to monitor progress, safety, and customer satisfaction.
