Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in fire/water/mold restoration or reconstruction.
• 3+ years experience in project management.
• Prior experience managing a team is preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus.
• Certifications preferred: ASD, FSRT, OCT, WRT.
• Must lift up to 70 lbs and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of mitigation and restoration projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate and supervise crews to complete projects.
• Communicate proactively with customers and project teams.
• Train and mentor team members effectively.
