Culture & Work Environment
We maintain a high-performance, professional, and team-focused work environment. We genuinely value our people and make a point to recognize effort, celebrate wins, and support one another. Collaboration, respect, and a positive attitude matter here.
At the same time, we hold clear standards. Team members are expected to communicate professionally, take ownership of their responsibilities, and approach challenges with a solutions-first mindset. Ongoing negativity, repeated complaints without action, or resistance to accountability are not aligned with our culture.
