All Dry Services of Atlanta provides residential and commercial services, specializing in mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction for water, mold, and fire damage.
We have an immediate opening for a Mitigation Project Manager. We are always busy and have steady work all year long. This is a great opportunity for long‑term employment with a fast‑paced and growing company.
This position works directly with clients, insurance adjusters, vendors, and technicians to restore homes and commercial properties after fire, water, mold, or storm damage.
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of mitigation and restoration projects — from initial assessment through closeout.
- Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate, supervise, and support crews to complete projects timely and in a profitable fashion.
- Able to navigate multiple software systems and complex billing procedures.
- Communicate proactively with customers, adjusters, and project teams to deliver clear updates and provide billing support.
- Train, mentor, and build high‑performing teams. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in fire/water/mold restoration, mitigation, or reconstruction.
- 3+ years experience in project management.
- Prior experience managing a team of employees is strongly preferred.
- IICRC certification is a plus.
- Certifications preferred: ASD, FSRT, OCT, WRT.
- Available for on‑call duties.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to pass background and drug screening.
- Must lift up to 70 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics or crawl spaces.

- Proficient in estimating and Xactimate.
- Ability to manage multiple live projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Schedule
