Qualifications

• Prior experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Acceptable driving record and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mitigation crews on job sites.
• Respond to emergency calls and assess property damage.
• Perform water extraction and structural drying services.
• Ensure safety standards and efficient project execution.
