Job summary

Accentuin, LLC. is seeking Mitigation Project Managers to oversee field teams and coordinate restoration projects in Tennessee.

You will report to the Branch Manager, supervise the Mitigation Superintendent, Lead Technician, and laborers, and drive safety, scheduling, and quality on every job. The role includes budgeting, profit/loss oversight, liaising with insurers, adjustors, agents, and vendors, and ensuring OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in restoration or similar.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Certification in IICRC or equivalent.
• Budgeting, cost control, and achieving profit margins.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds, enter confined spaces, and climb ladders.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• No felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mitigation team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop and manage project scope, work orders, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Team Coordinator on administrative tasks and inspections.
• Build relationships with insurance agents, adjustors, customers, and vendors.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe job sites.
