Restore Restoration, Inc. seeks a hands-on Mitigation Manager to lead water mitigation projects from initial response through dry-out completion. This role blends field leadership with active site work to ensure safe, efficient, and professional execution during emergencies.

You will oversee on-site crews, coordinate with homeowners and insurers, and ensure all work adheres to IICRC standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation or emergency restoration
• Ability to lead active job sites and crews
• Strong knowledge of drying principles and moisture mapping
• Experience scoping losses and communicating with customers/adjusters
• IICRC certifications preferred or willingness to obtain

Responsabilités

• Respond to water losses as primary field leader
• Inspect sites and develop scopes for water, fire, and mold remediation
• Lead crews in extraction, demolition, cleaning, and drying
• Ensure clean, organized job sites throughout projects
• Deploy and monitor drying equipment
• Track moisture progress and adjust plans
• Communicate with homeowners, managers, and insurers
• Maintain high customer satisfaction during emergencies
• Coordinate scheduling and documentation with office
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety protocols
• Oversee PPE use and safe handling of materials
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
