Job summary

Accentuin, LLC. is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead the mitigation team on restoration projects, coordinating schedules, training staff, and delivering timely results onsite.

You will work with insurance adjustors, agents, customers, and vendors, manage budgets, maintain OSHA safety standards, and own profit/performance for projects. Willingness to work 48+ hours and be on call during catastrophes is required.

Qualifications

• Must have project management experience in restoration or related field.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards and guidelines.
• IICRC certification or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds, access confined spaces, and climb ladders.
• Valid driver’s license and legal work status in the United States.
• Pass a background check and drug screening; no felony convictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mitigation team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop positive relationships with agents, adjustors, customers, and vendors.
• Oversee divisional restoration and mitigations operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Schedule work orders, inspections, and start/completion dates.
• Monitor budgeting and profit margins on assigned projects.
