Job summary

Bosun is seeking a Mitigation Field Supervisor - Restoration to lead day-to-day field operations for water, fire, mold mitigation projects in the San Marcos area. This hands-on leadership role requires guiding technicians, scoping and documenting losses, coordinating schedules, and ensuring rapid, accurate progress from initial response through handoff.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of restoration experience, an active WRT certification, and proficiency with DASH, MICA, DryTrack, RMS, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years hands-on restoration/mitigation experience with independent project management.
• Active IICRC WRT certification is required; AMRT/FSRT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for water, fire, mold, and other mitigation projects from initial response through completion and handoff
• Scope losses and ensure complete, accurate job documentation using restoration systems and protocols
• Coordinate crews, equipment, and schedules across multiple active projects
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of mitigation technicians
• Maintain on-call coverage and ensure emergency response readiness
• Serve as primary contact for customers and insurance adjusters with professional communication
• Maintain and manage equipment, vehicles, and site safety in compliance with standards
• Ensure documentation, notes, photos, and readings are captured promptly
