SERVPRO of Allentown is seeking a high-performing Mitigation Field Estimator to drive estimation, inspection, and sales growth across water, fire, mold, and emergency mitigation projects in Allentown, PA and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in restoration, expert Xactimate skills, and strong communication with property owners, insurance adjusters, and commercial clients to secure project approvals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on restoration industry experience focusing on mitigation field operations and estimating.
• Advanced proficiency in Xactimate (scoping, line items, sketches, pricing adjustments).
• Proven ability to close mitigation sales and negotiate scopes with insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

• Field Inspection & Estimating: conduct on-site inspections for water, fire, mold, and biohazard projects; write comprehensive estimates in Xactimate; document moisture mapping, photos, and notes.
• Sales & Client Engagement: build trust with property owners, manage relationships with adjusters and property managers, upsell services, serve as primary client contact during scoping and approval phases.
• Operations & Account Leadership: align estimates with production capabilities and margins; coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution; ensure file documentation meets TPAs and carrier guidelines.
