Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Mitigation Field Estimator to lead on-site inspections and precise estimating for water, fire, mold, and emergency mitigation in Allentown, PA, and surrounding areas. The role combines technical estimating with proactive sales engagement to secure project approvals.

You will scope jobs to IICRC standards, document moisture and conditions, and negotiate with insurers to align estimates with production capabilities. A robust commission structure supports growth.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience in the Restoration Industry, focused on Mitigation Field Operations and Estimating.
Advanced proficiency in Xactimate (scoping, line items, sketches, pricing adjustments).
Proven ability to close mitigation sales and negotiate scopes with insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site inspections for emergency mitigation projects and write accurate estimates in Xactimate.
Negotiate and finalize scopes of work with insurance adjusters, TPAs and property owners.
Drive project sales by building trust with property owners during site visits and managing client relationships.
