Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a high-performing Mitigation Field Estimator to drive estimating, inspection, and sales growth across water, fire, mold, and emergency mitigation projects in Allentown, PA and surrounding areas. You will scope, estimate, and close mitigation opportunities with property owners and insurers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the Restoration Industry, focused on Mitigation Field Operations and Estimating.
• Advanced proficiency in Xactimate for scoping, line items, sketches, and pricing adjustments.
• Proven ability to close mitigation sales and negotiate scopes with insurance carriers.
• Willingness and ability to cover job site inspections across Allentown, PA franchise locations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections for emergency mitigation projects (water, fire, mold, biohazard).
• Scope job sites using IICRC guidelines and write comprehensive estimates in Xactimate.
• Capture moisture mapping, thermal imaging, photos, and detailed scope notes.
• Negotiate and finalize scopes with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and property owners.
