Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Mitigation Field Estimator in Allentown, PA and surrounding areas. The role focuses on on-site inspections, precise estimating with Xactimate, and driving sales conversions with property owners and insurers.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in restoration field operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth transitions from estimate to job execution. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on restoration industry experience, focusing on mitigation field operations and estimating.
• Advanced proficiency in Xactimate for scoping, line items, and pricing adjustments.
• Proven ability to close mitigation sales and negotiate scopes with carriers.
• Willingness to cover inspections across Allentown, PA franchise locations.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections for emergency mitigation projects (water, fire, mold, biohazard).
• Scope jobs accurately using IICRC guidelines and write comprehensive estimates in Xactimate.
• Capture documentation (moisture mapping, thermal imaging, photos) and notes for each job.
• Negotiate and finalize scopes with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and property owners.
