Job summary

Charter Construction is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager/Estimator to support mitigation operations across the greater Seattle area. You will assess property damage from water, fire, mold, and storms and develop accurate, compliant estimates using Xactimate, ensuring proper project scope and documentation.

You'll maintain strong communication with clients, insurance representatives, and internal teams, assisting with collections to keep projects flowing from inspection to completion, in a

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge/previous experience in the restoration industry.
• Ability to create/write detailed Xactimate estimates.
• 1+ years of experience using Xactimate estimating software.
• 1+ years of experience using restoration software (e.g., MICA, Moisture Mapper, DASH, Encircle, Restoration Manager).
• IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT).
• Knowledge of local, state and federal code requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional customer service skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Possess insurance industry specific knowledge related to mitigation and rebuilds.
