DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a highly organized Mitigation Coordinator to manage daily mitigation staff activities and project administration. You will work with the Project Manager, Clients, Contractors, and staff to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities include documentation, scheduling, and managing safety reporting and compliance. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with experience in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Restoration/Renovation/Construction/Trade Coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of mitigation staff and monitor project progress.
• Assist in resolving issues, change requests, and staff, site, and equipment problems.
• Manage project administration: staffing, scheduling, crews, timekeeping, POs, safety reporting.
• Prepare and maintain required documentation and monitor job files for accuracy.
• Coordinate employee meetings and assist with vendor contracting and equipment planning.
