ServiceMaster by GBS is seeking a Mitigation Coordinator to keep every job on track from the office side, logging jobs, scheduling, and maintaining documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in restoration or related admin, strong communication, and detail orientation. Familiarity with Xactimate/Symbility is a plus; we offer competitive salary and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restoration, construction, or insurance administration.
• Strong communication and a proactive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with job management or estimating software (Xactimate, Symbility) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, log new job losses, and get jobs scheduled.
• Keep job documentation, photos, and notes accurate and organized.
• Coordinate testing, pack-out/pack-in, and other vendor/subcontractor scheduling.
• Follow up with insurance carriers and homeowners on payments and documentation.
• Work closely with the mitigation manager, project managers, and technicians to keep every job moving.

What you bring:

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office/365; familiarity with job management or estimating software (Xactimate, Symbility) a plus
