Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is launching a full-time, salaried Property Management Manager-in-Training (MIT) program. Designed for recent graduates, the program builds operational, financial, leadership, and customer experience skills through hands-on property management exposure nationwide.

You will work under Property Management leadership, completing a structured curriculum and market analyses while rotating with Community Managers and mentors to accelerate growth into future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Residential Property Management, Real Estate, Business, Hospitality, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to relocate based on program placement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete a structured Property Management training curriculum with learning assignments and presentations.
• Gain hands-on experience across property operations, leasing, financial management, asset performance, and customer experience.
• Partner with Community Managers and site teams to understand leasing performance, pricing, renewals, and resident relations.
• Shadow and support key property roles and participate in inspections, file reviews, and compliance activities.
