Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete a structured 12‑month leadership development program.
• Review SOPs, systems, leasing tools, and site processes.
• Deliver a final presentation presenting program learnings and business insights.
• Support property operations, leasing, resident relations, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and site teams on performance and strategy.
