GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies across Missouri. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible schedules, offering part-time or full-time options and weekly pay.

Inspectors will assess occupancy status, photograph property conditions, and complete reports using a mobile app. Prior experience is a plus but not required, and no licensing is needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) and computer with internet access.
• Ability to obtain Shield ID and HUD/InspectorKeys via provided links.

Responsabilités

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (Inspector ADE).
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
