Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is looking for reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies. This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part-time or full-time, and provides weekly pay directly deposited to your account.

As an inspector, you'll conduct checks on occupancy status, photograph property conditions, and communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, a smartphone, and strong time management skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
• Ability to obtain a Shield ID for inspections.
• Comfortable inspecting both occupied and vacant properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
