Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies across AR. This 1099 contract role offers flexible scheduling, with part-time or full-time options and a per-inspection rate.

Inspectors work independently in their assigned territory, traveling locally with a vehicle and mobile tools to submit reports. No licensing is required, and ownership of a reliable vehicle is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Own reliable vehicle with insurance to travel in territory.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) and internet access.
• Printer and basic office supplies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
