Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies. No licensing required; prior experience helpful. You will travel locally within OR, work on a flexible schedule, and earn a flat rate per inspection with weekly pay.

This 1099 contractor role offers independence, territory-based work, and the chance to manage your own schedule while supporting mortgage loan verification processes.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Smartphone and computer with internet access required.
• Ability to manage time and communicate clearly while in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using InspectorADE mobile app.
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
