Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies. This flexible, 1099 contractor role offers part-time or full-time hours with weekly pay and the freedom to set your own schedule.

Responsibilities include inspecting properties, documenting occupancy status, and submitting reports via a mobile app. Prior experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Smartphone and internet-enabled computer.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Willingness to perform exterior and interior inspections when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app.
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
