Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking independent Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies on a flexible schedule. Prior experience is a plus, but not required; no licensing is necessary.

Inspectors travel locally and manage their own time, with inspections including exterior occupancy checks and occasional interior assessments. This 1099 contractor role covers counties within OK, with earnings tied to volume and territory, and weekly pay available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) and internet-enabled computer.
• Printer and basic office supplies for reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupation status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using InspectorADE and communicate with the team.
