Job summary

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) within the Department of Homeland Security is hiring for GS-11/12 level positions in Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).

These roles require specialized experience or advanced education, with progression to higher responsibilities in administrative functions. Selected candidates will coordinate and monitor a variety of administrative projects, analyze data to identify trends, prepare reports, and represent the office in dealings with vendors

Qualifications

• Specialized experience at GS-11 level or higher, or education meeting the requirements.
• Education/certification options include a Ph.D or 3 graduate years leading to such a degree.
• Combination of education and experience may meet 100% of the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and monitoring administrative projects (budget, personnel, travel, space, logistics).
• Identifying and solving administrative problems and improving processes.
• Analyzing administrative data to develop trends, estimates, and studies.
• Preparing reports and documents to present information.
• Representing the office in dealings with vendors and administrative partners.
