Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a broad range of administrative and management services essential to the office operations, including budget, personnel, travel, space, logistics, records and files, and procurement.
• Advise management on administrative matters and evaluate programs, systems, and methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness at the local level.
• Represent the office in dealings with vendors and administrative support organizations within the agency.
