Job summary

CTC Group is seeking Software Engineers to support a contingent program building and maintaining complex mission software systems across analytics, data processing, and real-time environments. The team designs, develops, troubleshoots, and delivers reliable software for challenging mission environments. Locations include Annapolis Junction and Ft.

Meade. Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and a Computer Science degree are required, with senior roles offering technical leadership and guidance

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four years of SWE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems based on requirements.
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Debug, test, and optimize software components and interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reliable mission software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for senior-level positions where applicable.
