Job summary

CyberTrend Engineering LLC seeks a Software Engineer II to contribute to complex defense-grade software systems from Annapolis Junction, MD. This role requires TS/SCI with Poly clearance and a strong background in large-scale analytics and real-time applications.

You will work with a team to design, implement, test, and optimize software, align with system requirements, and participate in architecture discussions while advancing performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Four years of additional SWE experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance and processes.
• Oversee software development teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning.
