Job summary

CTC Group is seeking System Engineers for a contingent program supporting complex mission systems throughout the full lifecycle. You will help define requirements, evaluate designs, develop solutions, and work with Government stakeholders across concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement.

Locations include Annapolis Junction and Fort Meade, with direct collaboration to address technical challenges and ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Experience applying systems engineering across the full lifecycle (concept to retirement).
• Ability to analyze requirements, architectures, and alternatives to propose effective solutions.
• Proven track record delivering engineering work products and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering principles across the full lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Analyze system requirements, architectures, and technical options for effective solutions.
• Develop and deliver systems engineering work products across processes and projects.
• Evaluate approaches and recommend improvements to design, integration, and performance.
• Collaborate with Government customers and engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Support requirements analysis, architectural design, and verification/validation activities.
• Independently analyze complex problems and propose design solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies and approaches for mission environments.
• Develop and propose engineering standards and best practices.
• Coordinate or supervise engineers on complex efforts.
• Brief stakeholders on status, risks, and actions.
• Make independent technical decisions on methods and execution.
• Lead systems engineering activities and provide direction to teams.
