The role covers full-cycle recruiting, candidate management, and strategic hiring partnerships to build a world-class team. You will collaborate with Manufacturing leaders, manage high-volume pipelines, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience.
• 3+ years working with senior leaders, reporting on progress.
• Experience recruiting at an agency or fast-paced startup for Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive hiring strategy full-cycle, communicating clearly and reporting results.
• Conduct a high-volume of interviews and influence hiring manager preferences.
• Engage and source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals.
• Build talent maps to generate market insights for engagement strategy.
• Drive diverse talent into the organization and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Represent the company's brand and recruiting team at the highest caliber.
• Collaborate with internal resources and cross-functional partners to improve hiring practices.
