Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Rotary Production Supervisor to supervise and coordinate helicopter maintenance tasks for 22 UH-1N helicopters, ensuring mission readiness for high-level U.S. officials.

You will lead scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, review aircraft forms, and coordinate with other teams to keep helicopters available and airworthy. This role requires at least three years as an Expeditor or Production Superintendent, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of Air Force

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Expeditor or Production Superintendent required.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and personnel management skills required.
• In-depth knowledge of Air Force regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and control all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on 22 UH-1N helicopters on a 24/7 basis to maintain alert readiness and airworthiness.
• Monitor daily flying schedule to ensure all operational requirements are met.
• Coordinate with other maintenance organizations and staff agencies for effective support.
• Ensure helicopter generation and mission readiness, including aircraft forms review and Exceptional Release.
• Ensure all maintenance is conducted safely in accordance with instructions, policies, and directives.
• Understand disaster control duties and provisions; implement emergency procedures as required.
• Participate in daily maintenance planning and scheduling meetings.
• Serve as aircrew’s point of contact for maintenance matters.
• Complete employee performance reviews.
• Work day, night, and weekend shifts as required.
