Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Rotary Production Supervisor to oversee helicopter maintenance tasks in support of HQ USAF operations. The role focuses on ensuring mission-ready helicopters are available for secure transport of Cabinet members, senior leaders, and dignitaries.

The supervisor will manage daily maintenance planning, coordinate with multiple maintenance teams, and serve as the point of contact for aircrew on maintenance matters. Strong leadership and regulations knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years as Expeditor and/or Production Superintendent.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and personnel management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Air Force regulations.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and coordinate maintenance on 22 UH-1N helicopters on a 24/7 basis to maintain alert readiness.
• Monitor daily flying schedule to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Coordinate with other maintenance organizations and staff agencies to ensure effective support.
• Serve as aircrew’s point of contact for maintenance matters and complete employee performance reviews.
• Be able to work day, night, and weekend shifts as required.
