Job summary

Bridge Defense is seeking a full-time Mission Operations Manager to lead government engagements across our product and engineering portfolio, based hybrid in Washington, DC or Tampa, FL.

You will be the program lead, paired with a Tech Lead, responsible for defining outcomes, validating needs with data, and coordinating with end users, leadership, and contracting personnel to deliver mission impact.

A current Active Secret clearance is required (TS/SCI preferred). Expect up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Fluency working directly with data to answer questions.
• Product judgment demonstrated by deciding what should be built.
• Ability to resolve obstacles outside formal control.
• Comfort working on-site with government users, including in secure environments.

• Define real problems and validate with evidence.
• Manage relationships with end users, program leadership, and contracting personnel.
